Happy Grieving

A free workshop for the holidays when someone is missing

The holidays have a way of making the empty chair louder. The decorations go up, people ask what you are doing for Christmas, and the person who should be at the table is not.

On Wednesday 18 November, Rachel and Blair are running a free hour for exactly that. It is a real taste of how the workshops in the Happy Grieving Group Program run: some teaching, one thing to actually do, and nobody asked to share before they want to.

When it is where you are

That is 5:00pm in the UK and 6:00pm in central Europe. In Hong Kong it is 1:00am on Thursday 19 November, and in Sydney 4:00am. If the time does not work, you can still register. We cannot promise a recording. If one is shared, everyone who registered hears first.

What to expect

You do not need to speak, switch your camera on, or share anything. You can listen and take part privately. We will send everyone who registers the link the day before.

It is hosted by Rachel, who founded Happy Grieving, and Blair Kaplan, a grief and resilience expert and bestselling author who founded The Global Resilience Project. Together they lead the Happy Grieving Group Program.

This is not therapy, and it is not a crisis service. It is one hour in company. If you are in danger or need urgent help, call your local emergency number now, or find a free crisis line here.

Save your place

Not sure yet? That is allowed. The library is open any time, and you can come to the workshop with no plan to join anything afterwards.
